1. Online Banking1
Online Banking allows you to check your balances and make transfers from one account to another anywhere you have Internet access. Viewing your account balances and transaction history in Online Banking allows you to see pending transactions as well as transactions that have cleared your account, which can help you prevent an overdraft.
2. Mobile Banking2
Mobile Banking is a convenient and secure way to manage your accounts. Instantly access real-time account balances with Instant Balance. Monitor account activity by viewing your recent transaction history, including pending transactions, and deposit checks anytime, anywhere using Mobile Deposits. You can transfer funds between your Elite Trust Group accounts in Mobile Banking, which can be helpful if one account is low on funds.
You must be enrolled in Online Banking to use our Mobile Banking services. To enroll in Mobile Banking, you may download our app from iTunes or Google Play stores.
3. Phone Banking
Phone banking allows you to check your account balance, transfer funds between Elite Trust Group accounts and review transactions.
To access Phone Banking, call (806) 478-3311. When accessing Phone Banking for the first time, your Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
4. Text Banking2
You don’t need a smart phone to access great features with Mobile Banking. Text Banking offers an on-the-go resource for monitoring your accounts. Text banking allows you to view account balances and recent transaction history from your mobile phone.
You must be enrolled in Online Banking to use our text banking services.
6. Alerts2
Alerts is a feature that allows you to easily monitor your account(s). Low Balance alerts and Daily Checking Account Balance alerts help you manage your money more closely and avoid overdrawing your account. Based on your preference, you’ll be notified via text, email or within Online Banking about activities and reminders for your checking and savings accounts.
